Empowering women will bring them into the mainstream system where they can voice their opinion and nurture their skills. When a lady garners knowledge and become wise, she rubs off her personality on her children and subsequently affect the perspective of the family. Considering the positive influence and rising literary in every household in the long run, woman can lay the foundation of a strong and powerful society. If given equal opportunities to flourish, they can certainly lead to the overall development of the economy. 

The question arises as to what should a women do, to gain a sense of empowerment. Empowerment comes with education. It is the single most thing one can do, to feel grow mentally and emotionally. Seize your chance to learn and become a driven soul. Shift your gears and try another way to achieve success if you failed the first time. Don't doubt yourself and go on. Be optimistic and don't stick to playing safe. Give it a thought and take the leap of faith."
